Hi, I'm an Express Service Advisor at Luther Bloomington Acura Subaru. I've been with the team for a year and a half. I'm originally from Minneapolis – a big Timberwolves fan, in fact – and I make an annual trip to Seattle to see family. I'm also semi fluent in Spanish. In my role, I focus on providing excellent customer service and making sure every guest has a positive experience. I enjoy chatting with guests about their day and building rapport. I'm a good communicator and I believe in being approachable and helpful. Outside of work, I like to play basketball.

He is great. Quick to greet and did not make me wait. Explained what was needed. Presented everything accordingly. I thought he was direct, polite, efficient. This was the 2x he has helped me and overall he is consistent and fast. I appreciate a customer service person who gives me the details, offers the services that are available, and then accepts my response and feedback. I hope he is always the one who helps me when I bring my car in for service.
