Welcome! Randy Larsen here, a service advisor who grew up in Bloomington, MN. I graduated from Kennedy and enjoy working for this incredible community. My hobbies include fishing and golfing. I also enjoy sports, primarily football – go, Vikings. My automotive career began 35 years ago, and I joined this amazing dealership in August 2021. I love working with my fantastic team members and doing what we can to solve our customers’ needs. Guests can count on me to listen to their needs and provide the best options based on their preferences, budget, and automotive requirements. I’m always here to get the job done right while ensuring my customer is satisfied!

Randy Larsen was our service representative for my 7/27 visit. His high level of knowledge and professionalism are always a pleasure to experience. If I call and leave a message he returns it in minimal time. Approximately two years ago we purchased a used 2014 RDX from your dealership. One of the primary reasons we chose the vehicle was that we knew Randy Larsen would be there to help maintain it...and we TRUST him. To me your business could not receive a better compliment. If I just call and ask him a question, without a car being in for maintenance, he provides a meaningful and relevant answer. Once several years ago I called and and asked him a question when I was driving a rental car that was giving me trouble in the southeastern U.S. I am mindful of his time when I call, but the point is he responded. He helped me when I needed it. He understands this relationship with your customers as few do, and it is my pleasure to continue the same.
