We bought a new Acura that did not have refrigerant in the AC. Randy and the team at Bloomington Acura were great at providing a loaner car while they diagnosed and repaired the new car. When we returned the loaner and picked up the new car we were informed we would be charged $50 for gas in the loaner or we could drive around and fill it up at a gas station. We chose to find a gas station as we had only driven the loaner to home and back. We spent 45 minutes driving around in the congestion and construction of Bloomington to fill the loner up. When we returned to the dealership we were given our new car back with a quick explanation and sent on our way. Gas was never mentioned before we took the loner or when we returned and picked up our new car that now works great.
